7/9/2020 1:00PM: Statement Regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

The health and safety of ExtraMile Arena guests, event participants and employees are a top priority for Boise State University. We are monitoring this evolving situation and will follow guidance offered by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local and state public health authorities and event organizers. 

 

The following events have been rescheduled, postponed or cancelled:

  • JoJo Siwa 3/28/2020: JoJo Siwa has been rescheduled to June 27th, 2021. Ticket holders should hold on to their tickets, which will be honored at the rescheduled date.

  • Lauren Daigle 4/15/2020: Lauren Daigle has been rescheduled to May 14th, 2021. Ticket holders should hold on to their tickets, which will be honored at the rescheduled date.

    Buyers received an email notification from Ticketmaster with information on how to request a refund* should you not be able to attend the rescheduled event. No action is needed if you wish to attend the rescheduled show, your original tickets will remain valid for the new date.  
  • Jeff Dunham 4/25/2020: Jeff Dunham has been rescheduled to November 12th, 2020. In light of ongoing public health concerns, JEFF DUNHAM: SERIOUSLY!? show has been rescheduled to Thursday,  November 12, 2020 . Ticket holders should hold on to their tickets, which will be honored at the rescheduled date on November 12th. Ticket holders will be contacted directly by Ticketmaster.
  • 2020 Boise Harvest with Greg Laurie 5/1-3/2020: In light of ongoing public health concerns, the Boise Harvest events May 1st -3rd have been postponed. Please visit harvest.org for more information.
  • Boise State Commencement 5/09/2020: Boise State University Spring 2020 Commencement.  Boise State University will celebrate the Class of 2020 with an unprecedented digital experience being designed to commemorate the accomplishments of the first graduating class in university history to face the challenge of finishing their degrees remotely in the face of an international crisis.   • CWI Commencement 5/15/2020: College of Western Idaho's Spring 2020 Commencement ceremony has been postponed due to concerns regarding the spread of COVID-19.  For more information check http://cwi.edu/current-students/graduation
  • Boise and West Ada High School Graduations 5/18 - 5/30: Due to Covid-19, the graduation ceremonies for all Boise and West Ada schools will be transitioning to a virtual experience.

  • Journey 5/20/2020: Journey, originally scheduled for May 20th, 2020, has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tickets purchased from Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded. All other refunds are available at the point of purchase. If you have any questions, please click here.
  • James Taylor 5/22/2020:  James Taylor, originally postponed, has been rescheduled to 5/21/21. Ticket holders should hold on to their tickets, which will be honored at the rescheduled date. Buyers will be receiving information directly from Ticketmaster. If there are any questions regarding refunds due to an inability to attend the rescheduled date buyers should contact their point of purchase.
  • Hillsong Worship 6/12/2020: Hillsong Worship on Friday, June 12, 2020 has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Refunds are available at the point of purchase and will be automatically credited to your account if you purchased with a credit card. If you have any questions, please click here. We appreciate your understanding. Hillsong Worship hopes to see you again soon!

  • Dan + Shay: Dan + Shay, originally scheduled for October 29th, has been postponed in light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Ticket buyers should hold on to their tickets as they will be honored at the rescheduled date. For more information visit: www.aegpresents.com.

  • Idaho Botanical Garden Outlaw Field Summer Concert Series 2020:  
    The Avett Brothers' concert has been rescheduled to 7/13/21,

    Louis The Child has been rescheduled to 9/11/20, Steve Miller Band has been cancelled, Primus has been postponed, The National has been postponed, Ween has been rescheduled to 6.29.21 and Slightly Stoopid has been postponed.

The CDC recommends everyday preventative actions:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
