To ensure pedestrian safety, University Drive will be closed beginning approximately one hour before parking lots open each day. The closure will be managed by Event Parking staff in coordination with the Boise Police Department. Staff will maintain the closure and provide traffic control as needed throughout the event.

Get ready to dive into the action before the game even starts! Our Pre-Game Plaza offers an unforgettable experience filled with energy, excitement, and entertainment for fans of all ages. From live performances to interactive fun, it’s the perfect way to kick off your Banana Ball adventure.

At the heart of this pre-game excitement is Pre Party LIVE, the ultimate kickoff experience! Hosted by our energetic broadcasters and lively cast members, this show sets the tone for an unforgettable day of Banana Ball. Starting an hour before gates open, Pre Party LIVE features special appearances from players, cast, mascots, and other surprise guests. It’s a must-see event packed with music, dancing, laughter, and excitement to get you hyped up before gates even open!

You will also have the chance to swing by the merchandise tents during the pre-game plaza! You’ll find exclusive gear for the two teams playing in your city, because nothing says “game day ready” like rocking the freshest Banana Ball swag!

The Plaza is a ticketed space, fans must have tickets to access the Plaza.

Alcohol Policy

No outside alcohol is permitted inside Albertsons Stadium. Patrons found with alcohol from outside the facility will immediately be removed from the premises. Alcohol purchased in the North End Zone must stay in the North End Zone. Alcohol purchased in Stueckle Sky Center must stay in Stueckle Sky Center. Any alcohol purchased within Albertsons Stadium must stay inside Albertsons Stadium and cannot go into the Stueckle Sky Center. No alcohol is allowed to leave the facility. Patrons attempting to leave with alcohol will have the alcohol confiscated immediately. Alcohol sales will go throughout the duration of the event on both days.

Bag Check Tents

Bag check locations are available at the following three locations outside of Albertsons Stadium:

  • Inside the lobby of the Caven-Williams Sports Complex

  • Outside the Gene Bleymaier Football Center

  • Outside the fence line south of the Nicholson-Yanke Athletic Complex, adjacent to the Main Entrance

Patrons who wish to check a bag will receive a claim ticket and leave their bag with Guest Services staff while they are inside the stadium. When exiting Albertsons Stadium, patrons must present their claim ticket to retrieve their checked item.

Any bags or items not claimed at the conclusion of the event will be taken to the Lost & Found, located in the Ticket Office, where they will be available for pickup beginning the next business day.

Clear Bag Policy

Patrons will be able to carry the following style and size bag into the venue:

  • Clear bags that are plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12”x12”x6"
  • Wallet or small purse that does not exceed 6.5”x4.5”
  • An exception will be made for diaper and medical bags.

Concessions

Please refer to the legend on the map for plaza concessions/bars/food trucks. All other concessions will be located throughout our upper concourse within Albertsons Stadium.

Entry Information

Patrons are asked to make sure to check their tickets for recommended entry gates. All patrons may enter through the Plaza/Stadium Entrance on the south side of Albertsons Stadium.

All club, ledge, loge, and suite ticket holders are asked to enter at the Plaza/Stadium Entrance or Entry 4 to receive their proper wristbands for their ticketed access. Please have all tickets ready for scanning before approaching the entrance.

Please note: Albertsons Stadium has a no re-entry policy.

First-Aid

Medical personnel are located throughout Albertsons Stadium during the event. Additional medical services will be available in the Nicholson-Yanke Athletic Complex, highlighted with the orange star on the map below. If medical assistance is needed, please locate the nearest event staff member for support.

Information Tents

Information tents are located at two locations: outside the fence line south of the Nicholson-Yanke Athletic Complex and at the corner of the Lincoln Parking Garage near the intersection of University Drive and Michigan Avenue.

Lost & Found

During the event, lost and found items will be stored in the Guest Services office on the west concourse near section 6 (orange star). After the event, high valued lost items will move to the truck bay on the west side of the stadium (blue star) for post show pickup.

Any lost items from the concert will  be available for pickup at the Albertsons Stadium ticket office during the next business day.

  • Illegal substances. 

  • Long lens cameras.

  • Strollers or car seats.

  • Tablets or laptops.  

  • Tripods, video, or tape recorders.

  • Umbrellas or coolers. 

This list is not exhaustive. Security team members reserve the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis. All patrons are subject to search. Refusal of search will result in non-admittance.

Restrooms

Single-Use/Family Restroom:

A single-use/family restroom is located on the upper west concourse across from the concession stands behind Sections 9 and 10. Additional restrooms are located throughout the stadium concourse and plaza areas.

On the map below, restroom locations marked with ORANGE stars are portable restrooms, while standard restroom facilities are located throughout the upper concourse.

Seatbacks are available for purchase on the day of the event for $15 each at the locations marked with ORANGE stars on the map.

Ticketing

Patrons Who Purchased Main Stadium or Club Tickets Through the Savannah Bananas

Patrons who purchased tickets in the main stadium or club areas through the Savannah Bananas can access their tickets via the Savannah Bananas. Banana Ball staff will be onsite to provide ticket assistance at each entry once gates open. Boise State Athletics will not be able to provide assistance to patrons with these tickets. Download the Fans First Ticket App to manage your tickets easily.

Patrons Who Purchased Ledge, Loge, or Suite Tickets Through Boise State Athletics

Patrons who purchased ledge, loge, or suite tickets through Boise State Athletics can access their tickets via Bronco Sports App or Boise State's Ticketmaster systems. Boise State Ticket Office staff will be onsite to provide ticket assistance at each entry once gates open. The Boise State Ticket Office will not be accessible to the public due to security layouts; however, patrons needing assistance with their ledge, loge, or suite tickets can contact the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office at (208) 426-4737 or email ticketoffice@boisestate.edu for assistance.

Water Fountains

Water fountains are available throughout the concourse of Albertsons Stadium, and water stations will be placed throughout the plaza. If you’re unable to locate one, please ask the nearest Guest Services Representative or visit an Information Tent for assistance.

Wheelchair Escort Service

ADA wheelchair escorts are available at the east and west entrances of Albertsons Stadium. Wheelchairs are stationed at each entrance, and Guest Services staff will escort patrons to their seats before returning the wheelchair to the entrance for additional use. Near the end of the scheduled show, wheelchairs will be staged at the south elevators on both the east and west sides of the stadium to assist patrons exiting Albertsons Stadium. Patrons in need of a wheelchair escort should contact any member of the Guest Services team for assistance. Albertsons Stadium wheelchairs are intended for use within the immediate stadium and surrounding parking lot footprint only.

Important Notes:

  • Parking is general admission, filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Vehicles may remain overnight until 10:00 am the following day to ensure safe rides home.
  • ADA vehicles must have a valid ADA placard and/or license plate displayed at all times.
  • Parking Passes can be purchased through Off-Street. Premium and General Parking passes are on sale now.

ADA Golf Cart Shuttles

An ADA-accessible golf cart shuttle service will be available to assist patrons traveling from the Lincoln Garage, West Grant Lot, and East Grant Lot to Albertsons Stadium. Golf carts will transport patrons from these parking areas to a designated drop-off location near the stadium entrance that best corresponds with their seating location.

ADA Parking

Accessible parking will be available in both the Lincoln and Brady Garages and sold the day of the event at $30 per space. There will be shuttles from both garages starting when the parking lot opens each day.

All shuttles are ADA accessible and have wheelchair ramps/lifts.

Note: The Grant Dirt Lots are NOT ADA-accessible parking locations, however golf carts will pick up in this area to take limited mobility guests to Albertsons Stadium

Accessible spaces cannot be reserved or held at any time. Accessible parking spaces are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bicycle & Lime Scooter Parking

The large bike corral will be set up in front of the Kinesiology, Alumni and Friends Center, Opaline School, and the Morrison Center. All campus bike racks are available for use. Additional bike racks can be found around the stadium.

Lime will be hosting a parking corral for Lime bikes and scooters in various locations:

  • Bronco Gym/Kinesiology, South Plaza

  • University Drive at the Alumni and Friends Center

Bronco Shuttle Service

Boise State University's Bronco Shuttle will be in place and running throughout the day. Shuttles will begin when lots open and will run throughout the event ending roughly an hour after the show concludes. Shuttles will be available from both the Lincoln and Brady garages and will drop off at the stadium.

VRT Bus Services

Show your game ticket, get a FREE ride!

VRT is making it easy to get to Banana Ball on The Blue with free bus service for all ticketholders along with expanded service hours and Park & Ride options for easy access.

Friday, July 31:

Pickup Locations:
Town Square Mall via Route 29, until 10:30pm
Timberline High School via Route 2, until 9:30pm

VRT’s routes 2 and 29 are perfect options to get you to and from The Blue. VRT will also be extending service and adding buses to the evening trips to get you home safely.
VRT will operate regular service on these routes all day, with extra service at the end of the game for up to an hour.

Route 29 will drop off and pick-up at the Northwest corner of University & Broadway Ave.
Route 2 will drop off and pick-up across from Albertsons Stadium, in front of the US Bank building.
