- Arrive early! This is a sold out show.
- ExtraMile Arena has implemented a Clear Bag Policy for all events at the arena.
- Download your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving at the arena. If you've purchased parking, be sure to download the separate pass for quick access to the lot.
- Plan your route to the Arena. We highly recommend carpooling or taking a rideshare service to cut down on traffic around campus on show day.
PRE-PAID PARKING: FROM I-84, DOWNTOWN, OR OTHER SOUTH-BOUND ROUTES
- Take Myrtle to Broadway Ave
- Use Ceasar Chavez to enter the pre-paid Premium (West Stadium) and Standard (East Stadium) lots
PRE-PAID PARKING: FROM I-84 BROADWAY EXIT OR OTHER NORTH-BOUND ROUTES
- Take Broadway to University Dr to enter the pre-paid Premium West Stadium lot or pre-paid East Stadium Standard lot
- Take Broadway to Beacon St to enter any other pre-paid Standard lot or Lincoln Garage
DAY-OF PARKING: FROM I-84, DOWNTOWN, OR OTHER SOUTH-BOUND ROUTE
- Follow the orange routes on the map
- Use Capitol Blvd to University Dr to access Day-Of paid parking lots
or
- Use Myrtle to Parkcenter Blvd
- Take Beacon St to Day-Of paid parking lots
DAY-OF PARKING: FROM I-84 VISTA EXIT, BROADWAY EXIT, OR OTHER NORTH-BOUND ROUTE
- Follow Orange routes on map
- Use Vista Ave to Kootenai St
- Take Protest Rd to Beacon St to access Day-Of paid parking lots
or
- Use Vista Ave to Capitol Blvd
- Take University Dr to Lincoln Garage or take W Boise Ave to Beacon St to access any of the Day-Of paid parking lots
FROM BOISE AVE
For Pre-Paid Parking:
- Take Boise Ave to Broadway
- Use University Dr to access either stadium lot
For Day-Of Paid Parking:
- Use Boise Ave to Broadway
- Take Beacon St to any of the Day-Of paid parking lots

EVENT TIMELINE:
10:00 AM: Box Office Opens
5:30 PM: Parking Lots Open
6:30 PM: Doors
8:00 PM: Show Starts

Entries 1, 2, and 3 will be open for this event.
If you need to use an elevator, please enter at Entry 1 or 2.
Note: The elevator at Entry 2 does not go up to the Balcony level.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

While not bringing a bag with you is preferred, we understand that's not always possible. If you need to bring a bag, the following guidelines MUST be followed.
Guests will be able to carry the following style and size bag into the venue:
- Clear bags that are plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 12" x 6"
- Any wallet or small purse that does not exceed 6.5" x 4.5"
- An exception will be made for parent and medical bags
- Large bags or backpacks, regardless of size, are not permitted
SAVE YOUR TICKETS TO YOUR PHONE
For quicker entry, please add your mobile ticket(s) to your smartphone wallet and make sure they are saved ahead of time.
- Only mobile tickets are accepted
- Screenshots and PDFs are not able to be scanned and will not work for entry
- Cell service will be very limited at the arena

Card & Contactless Payment
ExtraMile Arena is a CARD-ONLY venue.
To increase efficiency with concession sales and enhance customer experience, ExtraMile Arena will only accept credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards. All ATMs have been removed. Reverse ATMs have been added to convert cash to prepaid debit cards at no cost to patrons.

Screening
For your safety, all guests entering the Arena are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Arena security personnel.
Refusal to agree to the search may result in non-admittance. Prohibited items include anything that can be deemed a threat to public safety regardless of permit. In the event that prohibited items are revealed during a search, guests may either return the item to their vehicle or the item will be surrendered. Surrendered items will be disposed of and not returned.
